1. Close Mozilla Firefox completely (File > Exit)
2. Open QuickTime
3. Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences
4. Select "File Types" from the drop-down list
5. Expand - Audio - Audio Only File Formats
6. Check the box for WAVE Audio
7. Click Apply and OK
8. Close QuickTime
9. Open Mozilla Firefox
